It is obvious from talking with many small business owners that those businesses which are thriving today are the most adaptive. Most small businesses are hunkering down and waiting for things to change.
Tomorrows leaders are experimenting, testing new products, new markets and mew sales and marketing techniques. These businesses are retooling and testing.
A couple of years ago, things were so good in the economy that there were fewer small businesses willing to test new things. I'm quite impressed at the resilience of American business.
