Once we get implementing, you will be creating content and we will be having contractors (or you or my team) exchanging content such as videos, audios and other large files.  You can't email 50 MB files (most email clients limit files to 2MB and some have expanded limits of up to 500MB. 

You may want to revisit your email limits from your email carrier and expand the limits so you can email large files.  You canals use a service such as Yousendit.com

A common solution is to become familiar with FTP (file transfer protocol).  It's pretty simple and you are likely to LOVE it after a short time.

Just a few mouse clicks and poof the video file is loaded to a server and you can give the FTP login to a service provider and you are finished!
