You want to get value from your Infusionsoft Investment as rapidly as possible...here is your roadmap to immediate results.
As a new Infusionsoft user, you want to start to get value from this powerful marketing system as soon as humanly possible. As a veteran of many Infusionsoft system implementations, here is a road map to getting started and receiving value as rapidly as possibly. This will work best for established small businesses with a list of prospects and clients.
After your Infusionsoft application is created (If you don't yet have an application, try a free 30 day trial by clicking here)
1. Import your contacts. You do this by exporting them from Quickbooks, Outlook, Act!, Goldmine, your Constant Contact and/or webstore. Export them as comma seperated values (csv) or Excel format files and clean up the oddities of having peoples names in the email fields and phone numbers in the name fields. You doo that clean up in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet program.
2. Separate your contacts into groups and Tag them. Friends, vendors, prospects , clients and others each get their own tags.
3. Start to market to them. While you write your email sequences with offers and trackable links/actions, I strongly recommend this amazing product: QuoteActions
